If you used member admissions to make a reservation, and do not cancel a reservation by 12 noon the day of your confirmed reservation, you may lose those admissions.

If you did not use member admissions, you will receive a refund for any cancellation made by 12 noon the day of your confirmed reservation.

No refunds are available for any “no-shows.”

If you have not claimed your seat(s) by 5 minutes before the scheduled performance time, you may lose those tickets/admissions/seats.
